M3 Communication Co., Ltd, a member of the military-run telecom conglomerate Viettel, has officially become the first Vietnamese enterprise to participate in the global supply chain of the aerospace industry.
As announced by Viettel, M3 Communication will provide materials, components, and equipment to Meggitt PLC, which is one of the leading corporations in aerospace, defense, and energy. Meggit PLC’s customers include Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon Aircraft, among others.
As a precision engineering company in the aerospace and defense industry, in 2019 M3 Communication obtained the AS9100D international quality management certification in the aerospace sector, which is the certification for organizations that design, develop or provide aviation, space and defense products and services. Moreover, in order to gain Meggitt’s approval as a supplier, M3 Communication developed a technological process and measurements to evaluate the quality of product samples, known as the First Article Inspection Process.
