WHA Industrial Development Group, a leading industrial estate developer from Thailand, is currently seeking approval to build two industrial parks in Thanh Hoa province, on 1,300 hectares of land.
According to statements from the provincial government, the first park will be built on 800 hectares of land in the North of Thanh Hoa City, while the other is projected to be built on 539 hectares of land, near the Nghi Son economic zone and the Nghi Son oil refinery. The total amount of investment of the two projects has not been announced yet.
The industrial parks will focus on servicing companies specialized in the fibers, rubber, metals, automobiles and biochemistry sectors.
