Property developer Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited is building a lifestyle community mall in Charoenkrung, a major road in Bangkok, that combines the very best of shopping, dining, wellness, and education outlets for locals and visitors. Boutique Corporation expects the mall to be completed in the second quarter of 2022. The upcoming three-story Charoenkrung retail development will feature a total leasable area of 2,100 sqm with 18 individual units that will target shopping stores, a range of restaurants, an education zone and approximately 34 car parking spaces.
Founded in 2004, Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited has since developed a portfolio of more than 15 development projects, including hotels, service apartments, mixed-use developments, and office buildings. Some of their past projects include the award-winning Rain Hill on Sukhumvit 47, Summer Hill, and Summer Hub Office at Phra Khanong.
