NeutraDC, a brand under PT Telkom Data Ekosistem, has announced its partnership with NAVER Cloud and Cisco to provide advanced cloud services and solutions to Indonesian businesses seeking digital transformation initiatives. The collaboration will leverage NAVER Cloud’s extensive experience in cloud technology and Cisco’s networking expertise to provide reliable, secure, and efficient cloud-based services, using TDE’s local knowledge and data center infrastructure. As a gateway for global businesses to enter Indonesia’s digital economy, NeutraDC aims to offer a digital ecosystem with integrated infrastructure and network connectivity, providing reliable and secure cloud services to businesses in the country.
The partnership is expected to result in talent and skill development in cloud computing in Indonesia, allowing local companies to improve their agility, scalability, and cost efficiency to better compete in the digital economy. Weongi Park, CEO of APAC Development at NAVER Cloud, stated that the collaboration will bring innovation and the benefits of cloud technology to Indonesian businesses and consumers. Meanwhile, Sanjay Kaul, President of Service Provider, Asia Pacific and Japan, Cisco, believes that this venture will offer a premium telco cloud solution to Indonesia, driving economic growth.
The move comes as part of Indonesia’s efforts to improve its digital infrastructure and transform its economy. As one of the fastest-growing economies in Southeast Asia, Indonesia has set a target to achieve a digital economy accounting for 20% of the country’s GDP by 2025, up from the current level of around 7%. The country is also looking to boost its local cloud market, which has been growing at an average annual rate of 25% in recent years. With this partnership, NeutraDC, NAVER Cloud, and Cisco aim to help Indonesian businesses accelerate their digital transformation and seize opportunities in the country’s growing digital economy.
