Aqurate Ingredients Intl (M) Sdn Bhd, an LYC Healthcare Bhd arm that specializes in functional ingredients for the food & beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and cosmeceutical industries, has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bereum Co Ltd and Hyundai C Square Co Ltd from South Korea. This collaboration aims to develop postbiotics products in Malaysia.
Bereum Co Ltd is a postbiotic manufacturing company that produces concentrated postbiotics products and raw materials. Meanwhile, HCSCL is a trading, branding, and marketing company focusing on the global expansion of fashion and beauty brands. The partners are primarily seeking to market and distribute postbiotics-related end products and raw materials in the Malaysian market for a contract of three years.
In addition, LYC Healthcare Berhad (LYC) is a Malaysian public-listed investment company that oversees a wide range of healthcare-related services such as childcare, senior care, clinics, as well as specialized medical services in orthopedic, osteoporosis, chronic diseases, and nutraceutical industry.
