Orissa International successfully conducted a business matching project for a US-based manufacturer of in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products and medical devices. The client, headquartered in the United States, sought to expand its distribution network in Thailand and aimed to meet with potential local partners during an exhibition in Bangkok. Orissa International’s task involved reaching out to four pre-identified distributors in Thailand, as well as an additional list of potential partners identified by our in-country trade consultants. The project included contacting these organizations via email and phone, presenting the client’s product catalog, and gauging their interest in meeting with the client. The process, completed within the agreed timeline, enabled the client to connect directly with interested distributors, facilitating their entry into the Thai market.
