Orissa International assisted a Singapore-based specialty glass manufacturer in expanding its presence in Indonesia through the Market Immersion Program (MIP). Known for high-quality, security-focused glass products, the client aims to enter the Indonesian market by targeting industries with stringent safety requirements. As part of the project, Orissa conducted in-depth market research, detailing the demand landscape, regulatory requirements, and competitive environment in Indonesia’s safety glass sector. This research highlighted key end-user industries, including military, law enforcement, automotive, and commercial construction. To support the client’s market entry, Orissa developed a longlist of potential end-users and distributors, conducted extensive outreach, and hired local staff to facilitate partner communications and build relationships. We are continuing to support the client in Indonesia by engaging with key stakeholders and facilitating follow-up discussions to strategically position the client within this high-growth sector and generate interest among relevant industry players.
