Orissa International supported a US-based manufacturer of outdoor and garage storage products with supplier identification and pre-qualification in Vietnam as part of a supply chain diversification exercise. The work involved desktop research to identify manufacturers capable of producing metal storage and garage organisation products to the client’s specifications. Orissa International compiled and assessed a longlist of potential suppliers based on production capability, certifications, materials expertise, prototyping capacity, and ability to handle the client’s expected shipment volumes, before shortlisting suitable candidates. The engagement also included pre-meeting coordination and the arrangement of in-person meetings with selected manufacturers during the client’s market visit, supported by post-meeting documentation of discussions and next steps.
