The client offers a range of wearable pain therapy devices, cast protectors, and joint supports designed for post-surgical and rehabilitation use. Our team conducted a detailed assessment of the Vietnamese medical device distribution landscape and shortlisted companies based on their product portfolios, market reach, and track record with international brands. We arranged seven in-person meetings in Ho Chi Minh City with established distributors, hospital suppliers, and a contract manufacturing partner. The meetings enabled the client to assess local interest, gather pricing and regulatory insights, and identify potential partners for both product distribution and OEM supply. Multiple companies expressed strong interest in specific SKUs, and the client subsequently engaged in follow-up discussions to explore commercial collaborations.
