Orissa International conducted a business matching project in Singapore for a US-based manufacturer of energy-efficient commercial kitchen ventilation systems. Through our research, we identified 19 potential partners, from which the client shortlisted 11, and we undertook an outreach program to prequalify interest and arrange meetings with the interested companies. In the discussions with potential partners, the client was able to present its technology to commercial kitchen installers and HVAC solution providers, several of whom requested technical information and data on energy savings to better evaluate its applicability in the local market. Partners were particularly interested in understanding potential ROI for larger kitchen operations, while also noting factors such as kitchen size and retrofit complexity that would shape adoption. The project provided the client with both promising leads and practical insights to refine its market entry strategy.
