Orissa International conducted a distributor search and business matching project in the Philippines for a leading global provider of water heating solutions. The client sought to expand its distribution network by identifying partners who could leverage their existing channels to promote their products. We researched and compiled a long list of 36 potential distributors, providing detailed profiles. Based on the client’s criteria, we facilitated the shortlisting process and contacted potential distributors to gauge their interest. We coordinated face-to-face meetings between the client and 5 shortlisted distributors, enabling in-depth discussions about potential collaboration.  We also provided logistical support for the client’s visit to the Philippines. The project facilitated valuable connections and market insights, enabling the client to assess expansion opportunities while navigating existing exclusivity agreements.
