VinFast Indonesia, a subsidiary of Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Subang Regency Government and PT Lintas Marga Sedaya to develop the Manyingsal Interchange at Km 115+500 on the Cikampek Palimanan toll road. The project supports access and logistics in Subang Regency.
Under the agreement signed on 14 January 2026, VinFast Indonesia will act as the strategic investor and fully finance the project. Funding will cover master planning, feasibility studies, permits, construction, and related costs. The company will coordinate with the Subang Regency Government to obtain approvals from the Ministry of Public Works.
The Subang Regency Government will oversee and process licensing procedures, including permits for toll road space use. It will appoint entities to implement the project, complete technical documentation and environmental assessments, and supervise progress through monthly evaluations. PT Lintas Marga Sedaya, as the toll road operator, will cooperate on technical matters and agree on operation and maintenance arrangements.
On 15 December 2025, the project received in principle approval from the Ministry of Public Works. The maximum completion period is three years from permit issuance. After construction and issuance of the Operational Feasibility Certificate, land and interchange assets will be transferred to the Ministry of Public Works in line with state asset regulations.
The project is expected to improve logistics efficiency, support regional economic activity, and create employment opportunities in Subang and surrounding areas.
