The Intellicare Group has partnered with Mitsubishi Corporation to expand digital healthcare services in the Philippines, marking a notable cross-border collaboration in the health maintenance organisation (HMO) sector. The partnership follows Mitsubishi’s investment in Fullerton Health, Intellicare’s parent company, and aims to integrate data-driven solutions to address rising healthcare costs and fragmented service delivery.
The collaboration will focus on enhancing comprehensive HMO offerings, third-party administration, and clinic services. It will also introduce tailored healthcare programmes for Japanese enterprises operating in the Philippines. Mitsubishi will contribute healthcare analytics, technological infrastructure, and access to its global medical network to improve cost efficiency and service integration.
Intellicare’s leadership highlighted that the partnership aligns with its “Ripple of Care” philosophy, strengthening corporate healthcare provision while supporting workforce productivity and contributing to long-term economic resilience.
