Guardian Reopens Flagship Store in Marina Bay Sands with Focus on Personalized Retail Experiences

Mar 2026

Guardian announced the reopening of its flagship store at Marina Bay Sands in late January 2026, featuring a redesigned concept centred on a personalised customer experience. The revamped store introduces new services such as AI-powered skin and scalp assessments, free blood pressure tests, and a smoking cessation programme. These enhancements reflect a strategic shift from a traditional pharmacy-led model to a broader wellness-focused approach that integrates health, beauty, and personal care offerings.

The store also features dedicated zones tailored to specific customer needs, including derma skincare, men’s grooming, and travel-friendly products. Additional services such as health screenings and advisory support aim to enhance engagement beyond product purchases, offering a more comprehensive and guided retail experience.

This transformation aligns with Guardian’s strategy to meet evolving consumer preferences for preventive and long-term wellness solutions. By combining technology, curated product offerings, and professional advice, the new store format aims to deliver a more intuitive and personalised shopping journey. These features are expected to be progressively rolled out across Guardian’s other stores islandwide.
