Fullerton Health Indonesia, a Singapore-based Fullerton Health Group subsidiary established in 2010, has officially launched its first Executive Health Screening Centre (EHS) in Jakarta. This marks the fifth EHS facility in the Group’s executive screening portfolio across Asia. Located on the ground floor of Mandiri Inhealth Tower in Mega Kuningan, the 700-square-metre center offers a premium, personalized screening experience. It is designed to deliver high standards of care while focusing on tailored assessments that avoid unnecessary tests, setting it apart from other providers in the market.
The EHS Centre provides tailored screening services to eliminate unnecessary tests, offering a more efficient alternative to overly comprehensive screening packages. It also serves as an upgrade for individuals used to standard clinic check-ups. Clients can choose from three screening tiers and personalize their assessments with optional tests based on risk factors, lifestyle, and specific health concerns. Available add-ons include ultrasounds, mammograms, X-rays, spirometry, hormone panels, and cancer marker panels.
A medical doctor will review each customer’s screening results, and they will receive a comprehensive medical report, formatted similarly to those provided at Fullerton Health’s EHS center in Singapore and the Philippines. Higher-tier packages include consultations with a nutritionist, while on-site wellness services such as weight management, physiotherapy, and mental health support are available if needed.
A concierge service will assist customers in scheduling follow-up appointments, including referrals to healthcare providers within Fullerton Health’s network in Indonesia or Singapore, ensuring smooth access to local and international consultations. Future service improvements will include the introduction of qualified nurses as health ambassadors, who will guide customers on the next steps after their health screening, such as additional tests or recommended lifestyle changes.
The EHS center will assist companies in promoting employee wellness by offering customizable wellness talks and events in a dedicated event space on-site. Employees can participate in these activities and undergo health screenings at the same location. Fullerton Health anticipates this service will attract companies, particularly multinational corporations, whose employees are accustomed to high healthcare standards.
The center is designed to prioritize comfort and privacy, featuring eight health screening pods and four private suites. Customers can undergo screenings individually or in groups of up to three for a more social experience.
