Fore Coffee has introduced a new concept store, Fore Experience, designed to showcase Indonesian specialty coffee and offer customers a more immersive and engaging hospitality experience.
In a press release, Fore announced that its new, larger-format store in Panglima Polim, South Jakarta, will feature single-origin coffee sourced from several of Indonesia’s most prominent coffee-growing regions, including Aceh Gayo, Bali Kintamani, Gunung Cikuray, and Gunung Tilu.
At the heart of the new outlet is a Slow Bar, where Fore’s head baristas guide customers through the origins and flavor profiles of various coffees, as well as the available brewing methods. Additionally, Jakarta-based Fore has collaborated with boulangerie chef Aston Adiwijaya to curate a gourmet brunch menu designed to complement its coffee offerings, featuring items such as Croissant Eggs Benedict and a Beef Rendang Sandwich.
The launch of Fore Experience follows the company’s recent oversubscribed initial public offering (IPO), which raised USD 21 million and valued the coffee chain at IDR 1.6 trillion (approximately USD 95 million). Fore plans to allocate nearly 75% of the proceeds to expand its presence in Indonesia, where it currently operates 230 outlets. The premium coffee brand, which also has one international location in Singapore, aims to open 140 additional stores over the next two years.
