Central Park Shopping Centre, part of the THB 46 billion (USD 1.4 billion) Baht Dusit Central Park mixed-use development, officially opened on September 4, 2025. Developed by Central Pattana plc (CPN), Thailand’s leading sustainable real estate developer, the center spans 130,000 square meters and represents CPN’s 43rd shopping center. Located at the Silom–Rama IV intersection, it offers direct connections to BTS Sala Daeng, MRT Silom, and the Skywalk, placing it at the heart of Bangkok’s central business district.
The opening was attended by government officials, business leaders, and CPN executives, including Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt. Central Park is designed as a multi-generational lifestyle destination, emphasizing culinary, fashion, wellness, and entertainment experiences across eight floors. The lower ground floor, Parkside Market, hosts Thailand’s largest hub for Michelin and street food, alongside curated craft zones featuring brands such as Divana, Good Goods, and Hug Craft. The ground floor offers the Parkside Food Hall, new cafés and restaurants, and the flagship Tops Food Hall with an expanded take-home delicacies area.
The first floor, About Fashion, showcases prestige fashion and beauty brands, with direct Skywalk access and a % Arabica café. Fashion Playground on the second floor presents trend-driven lifestyle labels including Sephora, Pop Mart, and Victoria’s Secret. Active Energy on the third floor highlights global activewear, introducing first-in-Thailand launches such as Adidas Kids and Icebreaker. Life Essentials on the fourth floor features premium gadgets, wellness centers, and flagship concept stores. The fifth floor, Parkside Eatery, offers international culinary debuts and creative dining concepts. The sixth floor, The Glasshouse, opening in December 2025, will provide rooftop dining with panoramic city views.
Central Park aims to position Bangkok as a world-class destination for shopping, dining, and lifestyle experiences. With over 1,000 dishes from 70 vendors and numerous international brand debuts, the center combines culinary, fashion, and wellness offerings, reinforcing Bangkok’s status as a leading urban and tourism hub in Southeast Asia.
