Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (AC Health) has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Becton Dickinson (BD), a global leader in medical technology, to advance healthcare innovation and improve patient outcomes in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
The five-year collaboration will focus on clinical optimization, digital health integration, operational and supply chain efficiency, infectious disease management, research and development, and professional training. BD will bring its global expertise in medical technologies to complement AC Health’s integrated local network, which spans hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and digital health platforms.
Key initiatives include introducing advanced digital solutions, supporting public health programs such as early disease detection and vaccination, and conducting joint research and healthcare workforce training.
Both organizations view the partnership as a long-term commitment to strengthening the Philippine healthcare system and contributing to broader regional health goals, aiming to deliver scalable, sustainable, and high-impact innovations across the healthcare value chain.
