We are pleased to announce that Orissa International has been appointed by the Washington State Department of Commerce to be their market representative in Southeast Asia.
As the state’s economic development agency, the Washington State Department of Commerce focuses on strengthening key industries, expanding international trade and helping small businesses grow. Their key industries include aerospace, information and communication technology, life sciences, food manufacturing, advanced manufacturing and cleantech, among others. Some of the important companies based in the state include Boeing, Amazon, Starbucks, and Microsoft. Washington is the third largest exporting state in the United States.
As their in-market representative, we will be helping Washington companies to develop and execute their market entry strategy or market expansion into Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
