Orissa International supported a manufacturer of fire and thermal insulation materials in expanding its presence in Vietnam. The project focused on identifying and engaging potential distributors and key end-users. Our in-market team in Vietnam developed a detailed database of qualified leads, conducted outreach to pre-screen and assess their level of interest, and organized targeted business matching meetings with companies involved in oil and gas exploration and services, power generation, shipbuilding, and HVAC system design and installation. These meetings enabled the client to present its products directly to decision-makers and explore opportunities for distribution and project-based collaboration.

We also undertook an extensive lead generation effort to expand the client’s pipeline of potential partners. This included identifying additional companies involved in insulation, fire safety, and industrial equipment supply, followed by systematic outreach to introduce the client’s product portfolio and gauge market receptiveness. The qualified leads generated through this process were shared with the client for continued follow-up and relationship development. The project resulted in multiple active discussions with major industrial firms, providing the client with a strong foundation for long-term business development in Vietnam’s growing industrial safety and insulation market.
