Food & Hotel Indonesia (FHI) is a leading international hospitality, food & beverage event in Indonesia. FHI attracts trade-only buyers from all sectors of the hospitality and retail industry to exchange latest products, services and technologies. FHI celebrates its 16th anniversary in 2021. This year, the exhibition is expected to be in the form of a hybrid edition as the 1st Hybrid Edition, mixing a series of live and virtual events.
Throughout the years, the event has drawn crowds from the hospitality and retail industry, from end-users to major importers, agents and distributors. In FHI 2019, 22.4% of attendees to the exhibition by job function were corporate management, while 19.5% were sales, marketing and business development. F&B management made up 11.9%, whilst purchasing professionals 9.50% and chefs 8.6%. Moreover, the top 5 attendees by main activity were food and drink importers, distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers (15%); restaurant, bar, club and café management (13.5%), bakery and confectionery (12%), catering (10%) and golf, country club, hotel and resort management (8.5%).
